Its blossom is between May and July and it is produced mainly in the two major islands of Italy. It has shades between light amber and amber, with orange shades and often fluorescent green when it is in its liquid form. Between light beige and dark beige, with yellow or orange shades when it is crystalized. Its scent and aroma are of medium intensity, quite persistent on the palate.
Great with semi mature cheeses or with fruit.
