ROSEMARY

Rosemary honey is common across all the Mediterranean coasts, above all in low maquis and in garrigues, on calcareous soils, but it is cultivated nearly everywhere as an aromatic, medicinal and seasoning plant. It has a straw yellow color, white-ivory when crystalized. It is produced between March and October.
POSSIBLE COMBINATION
Great with blue cheeses such as Murazzano cheese or Gorgonzola cheese.
